Originally from Sacramento, California, our journey first took us to Huntsville, AL in 2012 before we proudly settled in Columbia, SC in 2015. As parents to six beautiful daughters and one granddaughter, family is the heart of everything we do.
Our personal real estate journey began by investing in every state we lived in, eventually flipping over 50 homes. This hands-on experience inspired us to become licensed real estate agents in 2016 - both transitioning to full-time real estate by 2019.
Today, having successfully sold over 500 homes, we have our own real estate brokerage, Latimore Realty, and we are deeply passionate about helping you build wealth through real estate. We understand that buying or selling a home is a deeply emotional, high-stakes life decision rather than just a transaction.
